The present Treaty under the name "Supraconfederated Union" (reduced name as Supraunion or Supraconfederation) offers the possibility for confederate model organizations within the "wiki" projects to form part of a macro-alliance of cooperation , friendship and shared diplomacy.
What is Supraconfederated Union?[]
The Supraconfederated Union is an organization of confederations that proposes equality of administrative, diplomatic and work systems and models among participating organizations.
Any organization that wishes to be part of this union will agree with the points mentioned in this same document.
The Confederate Model[]
The signatories recognize the confederate model as a working model born, inspired and originally executed in the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom.
This model proposes the existence of three powers: internal administration, a legislative system, parliament or senate, and a technical and logistical team for the community.
Anyone who agrees with this model agrees to represent and defend the "Spirit of the Confederation" which consists of a series of values that as an organization must be followed. These values are: freedom, union, cooperation, organization, progress, friendship, communication and diplomacy. By agreeing to follow this model, the signatory agrees to align their work model with the confederate model; share common interests with the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom and represent the ideals and values unconditionally expressed above.
Role of the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom[]
Being the first organization born on April 10, 2017 as an association, and as a server on November 13, 2016, the organizations that sign this treaty agree to recognize the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom as:
- The first organization with a confederate model in all Spanish-speaking wikis.
- The first organization with a confederate model in all wikis hosted on Fandom and Miraheze.
- Accept a diplomatic alliance that includes sharing servers in alliance channels and sharing core wikis on the covers of each other's core wikis.
- Have a representative within our server.
Help of Confederation of Hispanic Fandom[]
Due to its historical role and the demonstration of being the organization that has lasted the longest compared to other cases inside and outside the Spanish language (as is the case of the Russian language), the trust placed these years in the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom reflects its strong durability, security and intense dynamism that has shown that it is capable of inspiring others, due to this, the signatory accepts that the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom will be the main server of the "Supraconfederated Union", as well as the main leader of this project.
Administration of the Union[]
The Supraconfederated Union is made up of the following internal organizations:
- Supracouncil of the Union. An assembly that represents the Supraconfederated Union made up of the leaders or designated by the leaders of the member organizations. They will have the same right to vote and direct projects.
- Supraconfederate Affairs Committee. A staffed committee that directs projects or represents the interests of the Supraconfederate Union internally (within the confederations) or externally (at other allied or nearby sites).
All users of the organizations that are part of the union will have complete freedom to apply to be part of the Supraconfederate Affairs Committee, propose ideas for collaboration between all and offer their services to support any Union project.
Facilities[]
The Confederation of Hispanic Fandom grants facilities to the signatory organizations. These facilities are the following to be listed.
- Adhesion of personnel from the other organization to the United Forces of the Confederation.
- Preparation services in technical and design education.
- Free user traffic without restrictions.
- Availability of all logistical, security and diplomatic support in the event of any threat from the allied organization.
- Recognition of full official status as the only official organization within the corresponding language or block of topics.
- Easy access to the organization's current leader to Hispanic workspaces.
- In case of danger, offer any help that could undermine the external threat.
Signatory commitments[]
- Offer, to the best of its ability, its current logistical, security and diplomatic support in matters required by the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom.
- Allow easy access to the current leader(s) of the Hispanic Fandom Confederation within their work teams to more efficiently provide any support offered.
- Follow the ideals shared with the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom.
- If in danger, offer any help that can undermine the external threat.
New Editors Project[]
Together with the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom, all signatories agree to form a decentralized academy to prepare editors; share knowledge and teachings, give free access to their learning content and support in the translation of material.

The logo, name and main color palette is exclusively the representative intellectual property of the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom. Affiliated organizations have complete freedom to use the Confederate logo or not. If you use it, you should partially change it in aesthetics and colors to properly represent your language or thematic block.
Emergencies[]
If a project becomes stagnant or does not have an active leader (or the leader has left the project), the signatory agrees to appoint the current leader or a designee by the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom as temporary regent of his or her organization until the appointment of a new qualified administration and with the desire of will to maintain the project.
In the event that a project is lost or decides to dissolve, the Confederation will accept the affiliation of any other language wiki within its organization, limiting itself exclusively to offering it the services available in Fuerzas Unidas and a symbolic representation in the Confederate Senate.
Changes[]
This document can only be altered if the signatory members agree.
Comments[]
The Confederation of Hispanic Fandom has had contact with 6 similar organizations. Two of them (Russian Alliance of Independent Wikis and Troudsoyuz) dissolved; one currently remains stagnant (Confederation of Lusophone Wikis), another (SIW) became a new one called "Confederation of Slavic Wikis" and one has remained intact and strong since its founding: Indiesoyuz. On the Spanish side, there were the Gaming Hub and Animanga Hub alliances, organizations that now remain abandoned and stagnant. The only organization that has lasted since its founding is the Confederation of Hispanic Fandom.
From our experience, we know how difficult it can be to keep a project of this magnitude active. We know that a "giant union of organizations" is heavy and difficult. We know that strong support is needed to keep it alive. The Confederation of Hispanic Fandom offers that: to be the strong support that is required in the hope that our allies reach our level at some point. We want to be the general protectors of our own spirit and support all those who trust and are inspired by our project every day. Even if the supra-confederated Union has its own leaders, we will not abandon the project and we will be able to serve the Senate Secretariat as the main promoter of all Union projects in the hope that others will be encouraged to participate.
We sincerely hope that this union is the beginning of a new adventure now with a community that breaks the borders of language and nations.
